Albums:
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not typically offer refunds for music albums. However, if you have mistakenly purchased the wrong album, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase via email at info@echosduciel.org with your order details and the desired album you intended to purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to verify the purchase and, if confirmed, will send you the desired album via email without any additional cost.
Concert Tickets:
For concert tickets, we offer refunds within 3 days of purchase. If you are unable to attend the concert for which you have purchased tickets, please contact us via email at info@echosduciel.org with your order details and a valid reason for the refund request. We will review the request and, if approved, will process the refund to the original payment method as soon as possible.
